Sessions of teacher student interactions are held in each subject for personal relations and to identify the weaker and the stronger students so as to isolate them to apply different teaching policies.

The student's overall academic performance in unit tests, common tests and internal assessments is studied and personal attention is paid whenever needed. Following additional efforts are done to improve the students.

• Tutorials, discussions, interactions and remedial coaching.
• Personal and social counseling through 'Palak-Yojna'.
• Extra study material.
• Elucidation and elaboration of the topic to the extent that poor students could also make out.
• Improving communication skills as well as reading, learning abilities.
• Arranging lectures of renowned resource persons.

The strategies to deal with advanced learners are as follows.

• Advanced learners are provided additional learning tasks to complete.
• Every year we give away trophies to toppers in almost all subjects.
• The Best Student Award is given every year for which we have a special committee to select the best student of the session and awarded a trophy.
• Through seminars, poster competition and group discussions advanced learners are given leading roles. Quiz, General Knowledge tests are also conducted to offer challenging opportunities to advanced learners.
• Motivation and providing required aids to compete in inter-collegiate seminars, workshops, etc.
• Extra lectures are held for students availing of ATKT. They are given previous year question papers to solve and solved answer papers are checked and corrections are pointed out to them.
